Different Styles And Techniques Of 3-D Art Printing With Large Format

I've done a lot of study on 3-D images and the kind of glasses that's required to see the 3-D effects. Like the double red/blue image that requires red/blue glasses to see the 3-D effects. Which most of the time is the only way you can see the image.

And there is another like technique, same double image, but uses a yellow/blue double image. Which also require the yellow/blue lensed glasses. And once again, the only way to see the image is through the glasses.

Ever hear of the holusion 3-D effects. No glasses required. An image that makes no sense. An image designed for the viewer to focus past the image, see the image as double, then focus on the image while staying fixed past the image to see the 3-D scene. What an eye strain this can be. And if you see the image. Chances are it still doesn't make any sense. Though still seems to be popular market.

That's why I like the 3-D ChromaDepth the best. It's 3-D based on color. So the image isn't double. Just single. So here it looks really good. The 3-D glasses are clear lensed that bring out the 3-D effects. And most often, when an image is colored for Chroma Depth, it also looks really cool under black light. And often has a different 3-D effect with the same ChromaDepth clear lensed 3-D glasses.

And not feel like you're wearing sun glasses.

But the best one of all for 3-D effects that has been around for a long time. And that's the kind that requires a special viewer and a card with the same image on both sides. Both slightly different, taken from different angles.
